Hello PolicyStat Admins! If you answer yes to one or more of the following questions, please read further: Does your regulatory agency require local approval of system policies that ‘apply’ to your location? Do you need to allow approvers to mark their approval outside of an approval workflow without advancing the policy version? Are you tired of switching betweenminor andmajor revision approval workflows during reviews? Are you using acknowledgements or approval simulations for approval ‘work-arounds’? I’m currently looking for early adopters that are interested in testing out ‘Site-Specific Approvals’. These allow designated staff/approvers to mark their approval on an Active policy without having to be a part of an approval workflow or advancing the policy version. Please reply to this post if you are interested in being an early adopter!
Site-specific (Ad-hoc) Approvals Now Available to Early Adopters
Oh I see. We have a handful of documents that need 1-off approvals for a specific individual but do not justify us creating an approval flow for just 1 document. We have advised the ad-hoc approval method but owners want to ensure there is some safety net in case they forget to tell the person or the document changes ownership. It also requires us to provide higher permissions which are not necessary.
